Work is flying me to Lake Tahoe for this user conference thingy this week. I'll be there Monday through Friday.
I got this cold and my sleep schedule became very strange.
Any advice on what to do in the "tomorrow I need to be on a plane at the time I'm going to bed 'tonight'" situation? (My thought is--get some sleep now, then take a nap or two in the evening and plan to sleep a bunch on the plane)
